Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford's goalscoring form with MK Dons hasn't been missed by England U21 coach Gareth Southgate.

Bamford has 12 goals in 20 appearances for the League One side this season.

He has been brought into the England Under-21 squad by Southgate. The 20-year-old as a replacement for West Brom's Saido Berahino who is suspended for a European Championship qualifier against San Marino on Tuesday.
