Chelsea striker Demba Ba has rejected a move to West Ham United.
The Daily Express says Ba is preparing to snub the advances of West Ham in January.
West Ham want to bring Ba back to Upton Park, but the 28-year-old is set to snub a return to the club he scored seven goals in just 13 games for during the 2010/11 season.
