Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka will consider a move to New York Red Bulls later this year.

The Sun says the MLS club is keen to reunite the former French international team-mates.

Anelka, 31, is seriously tempted, according to his brother Claude, and has spoken to friend Henry about life in New York.

But for now, Anelka has pledged to fight for his place at Stamford Bridge following the £50million arrival of Fernando Torres.
