Chelsea strike personal terms with Porto star Hulk

Chelsea are a step closer to sealing a deal for Porto striker Hulk.

The Daily Star says the Blues have reached agreement over personal terms with Porto forward, Hulk, 25.

Porto want £40m but Chelsea rate him at £30m.
