Chelsea have extended their sponsorship deal with Delta Air Lines for a further three years, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
The deal extends an agreement that was initially signed in 2012. The package of rights that Delta, which carries 170 million passengers annually, will receive from the English soccer club remains largely the same.
As the club's official airline partner, Delta will receive logo exposure on the LED sponsorship boards at Chelsea home games, as well as on media backboards.
The airline will also retain naming rights to the Delta 360 Lounge hospitality area at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium.
Chelsea players will make periodic appearances for Delta throughout the duration of the new deal.
Though financial details have not been released, the deal is likely to be worth a low seven-figure sum annually.
