Chelsea striker Danny Sturridge admits bad press has hurt him.
The Chelsea training ground talk is of a decent lad who has electric pace and has benefited from his time at the club since arriving from Manchester City.
And the 21-year-old is getting the message.
He said: "The bad press I've had has made me think I just have to get my head down and not worry about the talk.
"It hurts to hear people saying that City let me go because I was big-headed and wanted the money. I left to win trophies and we won the Double last season.
"I have no regrets at all."
