Chelsea attacker Pedro believes Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final win over Leicester City will help with their confidence for the remainder of the season.

The Blues will play Southampton in the semi-final after Pedro's extra-time winner sunk the Foxes.

Antonio Conte's are also enduring a tough battle for a top-four place. They are currently in fifth and seven points behind third-placed Liverpool, but they posses a game in hand.

"It's good for our confidence and to help us fight in the next games," said Pedro.

"We are in a difficult situation in the league but in the FA Cup we are in the semi-final against Southampton. It's an opportunity for us to go to the final and help us fight until the end for the top four.

"But now is the moment to enjoy this win because it's difficult to win against Leicester."

Chelsea's next league match will come on April 1 against Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.
