Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard doesn't expect England's managerial saga to affect their Euros chances.
Despite there being only just over a month before Euro 2012 begins, the FA have still yet to appoint a replacement, with Stuart Pearce currently set to remain in charge as caretaker.
Lampard, who has seen plenty of managers come and go at club and international level, told uefa.com: "It's something as a player you learn to cope with.
"Managers leave at times you don't expect them to sometimes.
"Can it be a negative because we've lost a manager and we lose our way, or can it be positive because we galvanise ourselves, whoever comes into lead us galvanises the team and it goes very well?"
