Spartak Moscow midfielder Fernando is the subject of serious interest from Premier League clubs in the off season.
The likes of Everton, Chelsea and Tottenham are chasing the Brazilian midfielder.
The 26-year-old joined from Fiorentina a year ago, but he has ambitions to succeed in a top league. He hopes to leave Moscow in the summer.
He is valued at around £22 million, which is not an issue for most Premier League clubs.
It remains to be seen whether he makes a move to the likes of Chelsea and Spurs, where he may be a rotation player. He could go for a move to Everton, where he would be a regular starter.
