Anzhi have sparked a Premier League scramble after inviting offers for Willian.
The Daily Star says Liverpool are preparing a £30m bid for Anzhi star Willian.
Chelsea and Manchester City have both been looking at Willian, while Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is also considering making a move.
Liverpool have already signed Simon Mignolet, Iago Aspas, Luis Alberto and Kolo Toure but the money is there for a big-name addition.
