Chelsea are edging closer to completing a double raid on Atletico Madrid.AS says the Blues have agreed a £52m deal with the Spanish champions for striker Diego Costa and fullback Filipe Luis.
Costa, 25, has already completed a medical for the Blues and agreed personal terms with the club.
Chelsea were initially reluctant to meet Luis' release clause, but now Jose Mourinho has changed his mind and decided to pay Atletico the £20m they want for the Brazilian.
