Chelsea have tabled a €40 million bid to buy David Luiz back from PSG.
Le 10 Sport says the offer was slapped in on Tuesday as time ticks away for this transfer window.
However, PSG coach Unai Emery insisted on the bid being rejected, despite Luiz not being third-choice in his centre-halves pecking order.
It's been suggested there could be a rethink today if Chelsea try again.
Should PSG sell, they're expected to make a deadline day move for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca.
