Chelsea captain John Terry says he's learned to cope better with losing.
The 34-year-old revealed he used to feel so disappointed whenever Chelsea lost matches in the past, that he'd never leave his home in Cobham. But he is able to handle the stress of leading from the front now.
He said: "I think the pressures of today's game are immense and to get away from that, finish the game and go for dinner with your family is important.
"Years ago, I couldn't go out and face people. I felt embarrassed at the thought of a Chelsea fan seeing me have a nice dinner after we'd lost and thinking it didn't send the right message.
"Now I realise it's important for my family and for me that I don't shut myself away but I go out and face things. That has helped me."
