Chelsea skipper Terry: AVB has already brought in right people

Chelsea skipper John Terry is happy to be working for young manager Andre Villas-Boas.

Terry says he has been hugely impressed by his new manager who is only three years older than his captain.

He said: "He already knows the club inside out. And he's brought in people like Steve Holland and Robbie Di Matteo, who was a legend at the club. So we've got people and players who know the club inside out and hopefully that will help.

"The new manager has brought a real intensity to training and shown us what he wants us to do and what he doesn't want us to do as well.

"He's the type of manager who can do everything. He can let you know when he's upset or when he's pleased with you. He can pull you to one side and talk to you and he's approachable. He wants to be the ideal manager and I think he'll do well."
