Chelsea skipper John Terry says they're better with former manager Andre Villas-Boas now gone. Terry admits "things have turned for the better" since AVB's dismissal.
"That is no disrespect to Andre. He started something here so credit must go to him. Unfortunately, the club made a tough decision but the players don't forget what Andre started here.
"Yes, I am still in contact with him, like a lot of players here, and it will probably remain that way.
"He won't be forgotten. The perception on the outside is that there are problems at the football club and senior players run the club.
"That is really not the case and hasn't been the case since I have been at the club.
"I think initially when Roman came in, he spoke to the players and wanted advice.
"He was new to football and he took that on board. I think now he has the right people involved and people he can rely on without the players."He said: "Things have changed for the better for us.
