Chelsea captain John Terry has revealed he keeps a close eye on the talent at the Academy.
Terry still gets involved with the Academy to help ensure the Blues keep producing talents like our captain.
"I speak to Neil Bath [Academy manager] and [youth-team manager] Dermot Drummy regularly to keep in touch with what they're doing at the Academy," admits Terry in Chelsea magazine.
"It's important that we're there for the boys when they play in the Youth Cup as well because I've been in their situation and, when you look up to see first-team players in the dressing room, it's really important to you."
