Brazil midfielder Oscar hopes to join Chelsea as a gold medal winner.
Brazil bid to win the Olympic title for the first time at Wembley and Oscar insisted he is ready to inherit the shirt famously worn by Pele.
The playmaker said: "I know that I've been helping the team quite a lot.
"I have proved at these Olympics I have the ability to become the No 10 for the senior Brazil side too.
"It's really cool to be playing well in Britain, it's given me a lot of confidence.
"I hope I'll be able to experience plenty more good times on these pitches during this new phase of my career.
"At the Olympics, I tend to start a bit further forward and, when the game gets tighter, coach Mano Menezes gives me the freedom to go and look for the ball."
