Chelsea signing David Luiz has made an emotional farewell to his PSG fans.

Luiz took to Facebook to pay tribute to everyone connected to PSG after completing his return to London.

"Professional life sometimes offers the opportunity for great satisfaction. Thank you, President Nasser Al-Khelaifi, for all the good times of satisfaction in my time at Paris Saint-Germain.

"I want to thank all my teammates, my two coaches, technical staff and all the amazing people of the club staff with whom I had the pleasure of sharing my working days at the Training Centre and the Parc des Princes.

"But you fans, for you a very big THANK YOU! After two seasons at PSG we had the opportunity to share unforgettable moments! Together, we celebrated two titles as Champion of France, two Coupes de France, two League Cups and two Champions Trophies! I am proud to have helped build some of the history of this great club that is PSG and I am very grateful and delighted to have also played in the French championship!
