Chelsea are dangerously perched to make a swoop for strong Manchester City target David Silva. The Valencia winger is the subject of a £29million bid by the Eastlands club with news that he was set to sign a Silva's agent Julio Llorente said his client was weighing up a few different offers and revealed that if the 24-year old Spain international did not want to join City as he prefers Chelsea, then a deal would not go ahead.
"We won't know where he is going this week because we're weighing up offers from three clubs and one of them is Chelsea," he said.
"If Silva doesn't want to go (to City), the transfer isn't possible."
