Chelsea are in talks to send midfielder Nathan back to Brazil.

The 22 year-old is in negotiations to sign with Atletico Mineiro three years after leaving Atletico Paranaense for London.

Nathan is due to undergo a medical in Belo Horizonte on Monday. The midfielder will sign on-loan for 12 months, with Chelsea picking up his salary.

Last season, the youngster spent six months on-loan with Amiens and another six months with Belenenses.

Nathan also had 18 months with Chelsea's Dutch partners Vitesse.
