Chelsea are ready to send Josh McEachran on-loan to Vitesse Arnhem.
The England U21 midfielder isn't in Blues boss Jose Mourinho's first team plans for the coming season.
McEachran has been linked with Rayo Vallecano and Elche, but the People says he's set to sign for Chelsea's Dutch partners, Vitesse.
The 21 year-old spent last season with Wigan Athletic and Watford.
McEachran is now inside the final two years of his current Chelsea contract.
