Chelsea are set to send midfielder Victorien Angban to Bastia.
The 17 year-old prospect is regarding the brightest Ivory Coast talent for his age, but work permit difficulties has left him unsigned by the Blues.
It's now emerged Bastia are set to land Angban.
"Everything is being done to enable him to join the squad of Bastia. The club wants to give him a chance to harden in the French Ligue 1.
"The transfer is advanced, there are only a few details," a family member told local Ivory Coast radio.
