Chelsea have handed new deals to Aziz Deen-Conteh and Sam Walker.

Goalkeeper Walker, 20, is currently on loan with Yeovil Town and has signed on until the summer of 2014.

Fullback Deen-Conteh, 19, has signed until the end of next season, 2012/13, having signed as a 13-year-old. He has represented England Under 19s and has made eight appearances for the second string this season.
