Chelsea are watching VfB Stuttgart prospect Carlos Gruezo.
Chelsea have posted scouts to see Gruezo in action for Ecuador and will be present for their friendly with England today.
The 19 year-old only moved to Stuttgart in January from SC Barcelona and quickly established himself as a first-choice under coach Huub Stevens.
Gruezo's success has alerted Blues boss Jose Mourinho, who has asked for scouting reports on the youngster.
