Chelsea scout Hillion: I've watched Lille's Hazard 20 times
Chelsea are closing in on Lille star Eden Hazard.
Manchester United and Manchester City are also in the hunt.
Hazard, 21, is under contract until 2015 but said he plans to move to England in the summer.
Blues scout Guy Hillion revealed to The Sun: "I must have watched Hazard more than 20 times for Chelsea. I've written a 100 per cent positive report every time.
"If Eden joins a big European club he will get even stronger."

Good,let AVB and Abramovich do everything to ensure that this guy joins the Belgium legions in Chelsea fc. Blues 4 life.
