Chelsea scout Piet de Visser has four targets to check out at the European Under 21 Championship.

De Visser is one of Blues owner Roman Abramovich's key advisers and has travelled the world trying to unearth raw talent for the Premiership club.

His latest assignment is a trip to Holland for the European Under 21 Championship, which gets underway on Sunday.

He will be scouting specific players for Chelsea, but declined to name the youngsters he will be watching in the tournament.

"There are four players with their names written in capital letters on my notepad," de Visser told the Sunday Mirror.

"Players who are not under contract with a big club yet."
