Chelsea's recent dominance didn't both Arsenal says Walcott

Chelsea's four-match Premier League winning streak over Arsenal came to an end on Monday night but winger Theo Walcott insists it was never in the players' thoughts.

The Gunners produced a stellar performance to get over the Blues 3-1 at the Emirates, allowing them to go second on the table, and Walcott insists that the Arsenal players were not worried about their poor recent form against the reigning champions.

"We didn't think about the past. We can't change that," he said.

"We concentrated on pressing. Everyone was pressing. We didn't give Chelsea any space at all.

"We got the win but another game is just around the corner.

"Everything went well. We made Chelsea look average at times. We played some great football and wanted to do it for the fans because in recent years against Chelsea we've been disappointing."
