Chelsea midfielder Ramires could be forced out of action for the rest of the Premier League season.
The Brazil international was admitted to hospital on Sunday prior to the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace with what is believed to be a kidney problem.
Ramires posted a message on Instagram in the wake of Chelsea's Premier League triumph saying that he was fine but is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks because of the problem.
"Hello guys! As you saw, I was very sick yesterday minutes before the match because of a renal complication, but I'm well and home with my family," he wrote.
"Thank God it was nothing serious and I will be fully recovered in a few weeks. Thank you to all that sent me messages and were with me.
"I would like to thank the Chelsea's medical team for the exceptional job. I was sad not to be part of the party on the pitch, but very pleased with the title, the only English title I had left to win. Congratulations Chelsea!"
Chelsea, who sit 13 points clear of second-placed Manchester City and third-placed Arsenal, have three fixtures remaining in the 2014/15 Premier League campaign which ends on May 24.
