Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is of the belief that Manchester City have a great opportunity to beat a subpar Barcelona this week.
City host the Catalan giants in the Champions League Round of 16 first leg at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday night and Mourinho suggests that Manuel Pellegrini's men have a brilliant chance to take down Tata Martino's side who are in their worst moment over the past few years.
"Of course by history Barcelona is the favourite, but this Barcelona, this season, is showing that it is not the same in previous years," Mourinho told ITV.
"Of course they have Messi, he is special, and they have more than him. But I think this is the worst Barcelona of many many years, so City have a chance."
