Jose Mourinho has heaped praise on Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke.
The 22-year old Belgian scored his third goal in two Premier League matches this season when he slotted home in stoppage time of the first half as his Villa were beaten 2-1 by Mourinho's Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
His performance, backing up from a two-goal showing in Saturday's 3-1 win at Arsenal, was certainly not lost on Mourinho who did, however, subtly criticise Villa's football style.
"They have a special player with special qualities, they use him," Mourinho told Sky Sports.
"He's a great player, but he's a great player for a certain style of football.
"We tried to play a different style of football. We tried to play the way we played against Hull (on Sunday), we tried to play the way we train every day.
"But the good thing from my team today is that Villa gave us a different match and we coped with that.
"Defensively we were strong. I think we could do better with the ball."
