Chelsea defender David Luiz believes that nobody is above the football club, suggesting that Frank Lampard should simply listen to manager Andre Villas-Boas.
There has been much written about the veteran midfielder, who has been used sparingly by Villas-Boas, despite scoring the most goals for the club so far this season.
But Luiz feels that Lampard is just one player in a squad where all involved must take orders from their boss and not complain when things don't go their way.
"He [Lampard] simply has to listen to the coach when he gives orders and take them.
"No player can forget that they are just an employee of the club.""No one has to be someone's father or son in a football club. There are no privileged people in the club," Luiz told O Jogo.
And Luiz has backed Villas-Boas to succeed at Chelsea despite being criticised by many sections of the media this campaign.
"But Andre has an immense capacity, he is an excellent person and I am sure he will have a great future at Chelsea.""It is a lot easier to talk about Andre, because Chelsea are a big team who always fight for the first place. And when they are third of fourth, it gets easy to slam the coach," he added.
