Chelsea defender David Luiz has heaped praise on AC Milan star Mario Balotelli.
The Brazilian centre-back played against the Italian striker when he was with Manchester City and suggests he has the ability to positively influence the Azzurri at next year's World Cup.
" Balotelli, he is a special guy with a great talent. With the ball at his feet can do anything because he is very strong both technically and physically," said Luiz.
"He can make the difference. I learned that on those occasions when I played against Italy or Manchester City."
