Salomon Kalou insists that the Chelsea players really love sacked manager Carlo Ancelotti.
The Ivory Coast international wished Ancelotti the best as he moves on to the next phase of his career and has made it clear that it was not the players who were behind the 2009/10 Premiership-winning boss losing his job at Stamford Bridge.
"The players respect him and love him for what he did for the club," Kalou told BBC Sport.
"We wish for Carlo to have a good time wherever he's going. We all know that he's a good manager and he's going to bounce back."
