Chelsea's winless run is now at five matches but manager Carlo Ancelotti is confident that things are on the improve at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues were denied a last-gasp win over Tottenham when Didier Drogba had his injury time spot kick saved by Heurelho Gomes to force the match to a 1-1 draw.
The reigning champions have now won just twice in their past nine but Ancelotti was content after his side outplayed their London rivals.
"I think that we played well and I think that our bad moment is behind us," he said.
"We showed good confidence, we showed good football, we didn't lose confidence after the first half/
"There was a good reaction.
"We wanted to play more defensively and use the counter attack but, after Tottenham scored, we played differently and second half was really better.
"We put more strain, more pressure, more determination and the performance was good."
