Chelsea have rubbished Atletico Madrid claims of a double bid for Sergio Aguero and Diego Godin.
Atletico director Miguel Angel Gil insisted yesterday Chelsea had come in for the pair.
He said: "In the last week, we have received two offers.
"One from Real for Aguero for 45 million euros and the other from Chelsea for Aguero and Diego Godin for 60 million.
"Atletico have said no to the two offers because they believe in these two players."
But a Blues spokesman insisted: "We never comment on transfer speculation, no matter how wild it is."
