Chelsea are ready to welcome the signing of Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku today.

The Sun says Lukaku, 18, has not officially completed his move from Anderlecht despite training with Andre Villas-Boas' squad for the past week.

But all the red tape should sorted today, making him eligible for his debut at home to West Brom on Saturday.

He will move to Chelsea for £18 million.
