Incoming Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hopes to land AS Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi for a bargain basement fee.
The Daily Star Sunday says De Rossi - available for £10m - is on the Chelsea radar this summer.
Mourinho is planning to fund his summer spree with the sales of defenders David Luiz AND Branislav Ivanovic to Barcelona.
