Chelsea have joined the race for Real Zaragoza striker Ricardo Oliveira.

AS says Real Madrid and Manchester City have been in touch with Zaragoza about the Brazil international, along with Luiz Felipe Scolari's Chelsea.

City and Chelsea have an advantage on Madrid in the scramble as Zaragoza want a straight sale in January.

Real Madrid are only interested in a six-month loan, while both Premiership clubs are willing to sign Oliveira permanently.
