Chelsea's highly-rated reserves coach Brendan Rodgers handed three youth teamers their debuts in yesterday's 2-0 victory at Derby County.

Jordan Hibbert, Jordan Tabor and Daniel Philliskirk all gained their first experiences at this level after some solid performances in recent youth team action. Philliskirk rewarded Rodgers with a goal on debut.

Italian youngster Fabio Borini came off the bench to score Chelsea's other goal - also in his first appearance for the second-string.
