Chelsea's England players will leave their post-season United States tour following the first of their two friendlies with Manchester City. Midfielder Frank Lampard and defenders Ashley Cole and Gary Cahill are available for Thursday's friendly with City in St Louis, but will then return to London to join up with England.

Cahill told the club's official website: "We will train for the next couple of days and will be involved in the game on Thursday and then fly back on Friday."
