Chelsea reject talks over Inter Milan pair Maicon, Ibrahimovic
Chelsea have told Inter Milan they're not interested in high-priced pair Douglas Maicon and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Times says Chelsea talked with Inter Milan yesterday about selling Ricardo Carvalho and Deco, but have ruled out signing Maicon or Ibrahimovic from the Italian club.
Chelsea want £12 million for the Portugal players, but Inter would like to offer players and cash. Ibrahimovic, the Sweden forward, has a price tag of around £65 million.

Great decision by Chelsea this. No need for the overpriced pair. We have a competent right back in Bosingwa. As for a striker, we need a good young gun to act as backup for Anelka and Drogba with Di Santo, not some big-game flop like Zlatan. Also, no need for Burdisso. Get cash. And sell just Deco if possible, Carvalho is good for another season if not two.
