The Uruguay striker is furious with comments made by Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis, who said he should act "like a man" and stay with the Serie A club.
With Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester City ready to pounce Cavani snapped: "Those statements were strong and I didn't really like them very much.
"Now I want to speak with the President face-to-face, as I have done on numerous occasions in the past."
