Benfica need to sell Axel Witsel this summer. Record says Benfica must make the sale to balance the books and are tentatively inviting offers for the Belgian.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid are all being linked with Witsel, who would command a fee of £25 million.

Real are understood to have first option on Witsel, but will struggle to match Chelsea's spending power should it get to an auction.
