Radamel Falcao wants to leave AS Monaco in January. With Chelsea and Real Madrid monitoring developments, the 27 year-old Colombian has already informed ASM management that he wants out next month, reports Spanish TV's Tiki Taka.
The former Atletico Madrid star is upset with his current contract at Monaco, where he is now earning less than €7 million-a-year after tax. He had been led to believe he would be able to keep the entire 14 million-a-season he signed up for.
Falcao is also unhappy with the lack of profile Monaco enjoys around the world and feels his reputation has also suffered from the transfer.
While aware it will be difficult to get a move away, Falcao has infirmed his agents to find him a Champions League club next month.
