Chelsea face stiff competition for Libertad teen Mauro Caballero.
Chelsea have been actively pursuing the 17 year-old striker since the New Year.
However, Diario Popular says Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are now all in contact with Libertad for Caballero and been infirmed it will take €5 million for the Paraguayans to sell.
