Chelsea are interested in PSV Eindhoven star Memphis Depay. The Holland international winger is a top target for Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal this summer.

However, Blues boss Jose Mourinho is also keen, with Dutch talent spotter Piet de Visser still having a big influence on Chelsea's transfer policy.

PSV chiefs are resigned to losing Depay at the end of the season and will welcome an auction amongst some of Europe's biggest spenders.

Mourinho could replace Oscar, a target for Juventus, with the goalscoring power of Depay.
