Chelsea pushing Bayer Leverkusen to do Schurrle business

Chelsea's priority for January is to prise Andre Schurrle away from Bayer Leverkusen.

The Telegraph says ideally Chelsea would like to finally persuade Bayer Leverkusen to sell the German international Schurrle - although he is not a central striker - after having bids of £15.5m and close to £20m rejected last summer.

Leverkusen continue to insist they will not sell in January.
