Chelsea have pulled back from talks with Atletico Madrid for striker Sergio Aguero.

The Argentina international declared last week an ambition to move to Chelsea and work alongside stars Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

But the Telegraph says the club have also gone cold on Aguero, who fits the profile in terms of age, but has been priced out of a move with the Spanish club's insistence that they receive €50 million (£43 million).
