Chelsea are watching Japanese whizkid Ritsu Doan.

An U18 international, Doan is a left-sided winger and is tied to J-League giants Gamba Osaka.

Chelsea and PSV Eindhoven, report Honchi, have been scouting the talented teen for the past year.

Doan has already tasted first team football with Gamba Osaka and impressed on the international stage.

De Telegraaf says PSV have jumped ahead in their interest by sounding out Gamba Osaka about a loan deal for the midfielder.
