Chelsea are interested in Hellas Verona midfielder Jorginho.
While Brazilian-born and raised, Jorginho is already a regular with Italy U21 and is on the summer shopping list of AC Milan.
However, TMW says Chelsea are also interested and prepared to make a £7 million offer for the 22 year-old attacker.
